Say it ain’t so. The Queen of Worst Dressed, ah yes Britney Spears, was snapped carrying a absolutely drool worthy handbag. Even worse is that she carried this bag, knew she would be photographed with it, dressed horribly, and there is that poor bag, calling my name to save it. I can do this. I can have my people talk to Brit’s people and let them know her Hermes Crocodile Kelly would look much better on me. A Hermes bag is hard to get your hands on, let alone a Croc Kelly. Who knows what she will do with it? Stuff it with her tiny dog and Cheese Puffs? I sure hope not. Maybe having a manager now keeps her looking a tad better. Nevertheless, the Hermes lovers out there are disgruntled and beside themselves that Brit has this handbag.

Confession time! I have a girl crush on Scarlett Johannsen. I know some of you might not agree, but just look at that ad! The new Louis Vuitton Monogram Mirage line has done the impossible by turning the boring monogram canvas into a true work of art. Notice that the LV monogram pattern gradually fades the closer it gets to the top of the bag. This is a process in photography know as degrade. There are also a couple new styles of bags being released in this line, most notably the Griet, which is shown in the ad above.

Now is the time to break the bad news to you. Like everything else in the Louis Vuitton world, these bags are coming to a store near you with a hefty price tag! OK….they are gorgeous bags, and yes they are limited edition bags…but I am still sticker-shocked by a price of (I’d advise you to sit down) $8,850 for an alligator trimmed canvas (say it with me people) yes canvas bag! But no fear, the average everyday person can snap up the Speedy 30 for a mere $1,800. Remember, these prices are subject to change (i.e. increase) before release. Sorry Louis Vuitton, I’m out! With only 13 available worldwide, this handbag sits upon the accessory throne as one of the most expensive luxury handbags in the world. The Chanel Diamond Forever Classic Bag will debut in December adorned with 3.56 carats made up of 334 diamonds, 18 carat white gold hardware, and white alligator skin. Five of these ostentatious handbags will be available in the states. The price tag on this number is a staggering $261,000. Yes the price is sky high, but these bags are masterpieces, works of art. With only 13 being made, owning one would be similar to an art collector owning a Picasso.
